Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for oFatoura subscription services, features, and related products.

1. Trial Period

oFatoura offers a free trial period for new customers:

  • The trial period typically lasts for one month (30 days) or as specified in your package
  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • Full access to platform features is provided during the trial
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan

2. Subscription Billing

After the trial period, subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly on the same date each month
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Billed annually on the subscription anniversary date
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will receive email notifications before each billing cycle

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date
  • Refunds are not available for partial months of service
  • Refunds will be prorated based on unused days, if applicable
  • Processing fees may apply

3.2 Yearly Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of activation or renewal
  • After 7 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be prorated based on unused months, if requested within the 7-day window
  • Processing fees may apply

3.3 One-Time Fees

  • One-time fees for customizations, installations, or special features are generally non-refundable
  • Exceptions may be made if the service was not delivered as promised
  • Refund requests for one-time fees must be submitted within 14 days of payment

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service for monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions after the 7-day refund window
  • One-time customization and installation fees (except as noted above)
  • NFC product customization and installation fees
  • Third-party payment processing fees
  • Services that have been used extensively or for extended periods

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account information and subscription details
  3. Provide a reason for the refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation or evidence

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Your account access will be terminated upon refund approval
  • You may export your data before account termination

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error:

  • Contact us immediately at support@asyncsolution.com
  • Provide details of the charge and why you believe it is incorrect
  • We will investigate and respond within 7 days
  • If the charge is confirmed as an error, a full refund will be issued

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation can be done through your account settings
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time

9. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds in special circumstances, including:

  • Service outages or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use the platform
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges on your account
  • Failure to deliver promised features or services

Each case will be evaluated individually, and refunds are not guaranteed.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will investigate the chargeback claim
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account may be permanently terminated
  • We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback
