                        oFatoura is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurants with a complete digital management solution, including but not limited to:
                    </p>

                        <li>QR Code-based digital menu viewing and ordering</li>
                        <li>Point of Sale (POS) system integration</li>
                        <li>Order management for dine-in, takeout, and delivery</li>
                        <li>Payment processing through multiple gateways</li>
                        <li>Table and reservation management</li>
                        <li>Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) system</li>
                        <li>Staff and customer management</li>
                        <li>Menu and inventory management</li>
                        <li>Analytics and reporting</li>
                        <li>Multi-branch support</li>
                        <li>Waiter mobile application</li>
                        <li>Customer display systems</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h2 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-900 dark:text-white mt-8 mb-4">2. Account Registration and Eligibility</h2>
                    <p class="text-gray-600 dark:text-gray-300 mb-6">
                        To use oFatoura, you must:
                    </p>

                        <li>Be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your business</li>
                        <li>Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration</li>
                        <li>Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate</li>
                        <li>Maintain the security of your login credentials</li>
                        <li>Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account</li>
                        <li>Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account</li>
                    </ul>

                        oFatoura offers various subscription plans (monthly, yearly, and trial packages). By subscribing, you agree to:

                        <li>Understand that additional features or customizations may incur extra fees</li>

                        New customers may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial:

                        <li>You have full access to the platform's features</li>
                        <li>No charges apply during the trial period</li>
                        <li>At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled</li>

                        You agree to use oFatoura only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

                        <li>Violate any applicable laws or regulations</li>
                        <li>Infringe upon the rights of others</li>
                        <li>Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content</li>
                        <li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system</li>
                        <li>Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers</li>
                        <li>Use automated systems to access the service without permission</li>
                        <li>Resell or redistribute the service without authorization</li>
                        <li>Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h2 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-900 dark:text-white mt-8 mb-4">6. Data and Content</h2>
                    <p class="text-gray-600 dark:text-gray-300 mb-6">
                        You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to oFatoura. However:
                    </p>

                        <li>You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data to provide the service</li>
                        <li>You are responsible for backing up your data</li>
                        <li>We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security</li>
                        <li>You must comply with data protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction</li>

                        oFatoura integrates with third-party payment processors. When processing customer payments:

                        We strive to maintain high service availability but:

                        <li>We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service</li>

                        <li>No refunds are provided for fees already paid, except as required by law</li>

                        oFatoura acts as a technology platform provider. We are not responsible for:

                        <li>Food quality, safety, or delivery services</li>
                        <li>Pricing decisions made by restaurants</li>
                        <li>Disputes between restaurants and their customers</li>
                        <li>Third-party service failures (payment processors, delivery services, etc.)</li>
                        <li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages</li>
                    </ul>
                    <p class="text-gray-600 dark:text-gray-300 mb-6">
                        Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
                    </p>

                    <h2 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-900 dark:text-white mt-8 mb-4">12. Indemnification</h2>
                    <p class="text-gray-600 dark:text-gray-300 mb-6">
                        You agree to indemnify and hold oFatoura harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

                        <li>Your use of the service</li>
                        <li>Your violation of these terms</li>
                        <li>Your violation of any third-party rights</li>
