oFatoura provides a subscription-based software service allowing restaurants to display menus, accept customer orders, process payments, and manage advertisements via QR codes.
Restaurants must register for an account to access the service. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. NFC product customization and installation may incur additional one-time fees.
A one-month free trial is offered to new clients. At the end of the trial, you will be charged based on your selected subscription.
You may use oFatoura only in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for any fees already paid.
oFatoura acts only as a technology provider. We are not liable for food quality, delivery, pricing, or disputes between restaurants and customers.
We reserve the right to update the platform and these terms at any time. You will be notified of major changes.
